Mr. Allen joined Hill Enterprises in early November, 2008 as the Corporate Controller. He has a long history of successes in shoring up the financial reporting of every company he has worked for, having been specifically recruited by several former employers to join them in their new venture. His background includes sixteen years in manufacturing, thirteen in telecommunications, five in the RV hospitality industry, and a host of consulting engagements. His responsibilities include auditing, both for a public accounting firm and in an internal audit role, cost accounting, systems, financial reporting, and has held the senior financial role in his company on five prior occasions. Mr. Allen was promoted to the CFO role in February, 2009 to leverage his skills in working with the sales force, customers, and vendors alike to successfully grow the business. His education includes two BA degrees in business and accounting from the University of Saint Thomas, St. Paul, MN and an MBA from the Lake forest Graduate School of Management, Lake Forest, IL. Mr. Allen also is a retired Air Force logistics officer, is active in the Financial Executives Networking Group (FENG), and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Chapter of the Financial Executives International (FEI).
