Darryl Foster is a senior financial executive with a strong track record of improving the profitability, financial reporting, and cash position for each organization in which he has worked. Darryl has over 15 years of business experience, including four years as a 6 Sigma process improvement specialist in Accounting and Finance, four years as a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, two years as a consultant entrepreneur, and 3 years as a senior financial executive responsible for leading the strategic turnaround, due diligence valuation, and cash flow improvement of two mid-sized companies. As a financial executive, Darryl has a unique triangular background in Finance, Accounting, and Operations which spans across different industries, serving as: Corporate Controller and Assistant Treasurer for a Public Policy company VP of Finance, Corporate Controller and Assistant Treasurer for a CPG company Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for a CPG company Process, Project, and Systems Improvement Specialist for a manufacturing company Darryl has a BS in Accounting from Tuskegee University (magna cum laude) and a MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. Mr. Foster is also a certified 6 Sigma green-belt in financial process improvements and activity-based costing. In addition to the Colorado Board of Directors of Financial Executives International (FEI), Darryl has been an active volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, United Way, and Food Bank of the Rockies. He enjoys traveling, barbequing, and exercising.
