David Halter is the Managing Director for Denver-based Quantiple LLC. He uses both public accounting and private industry financial leadership experiences to help business clients grow and improve by putting better financial information in the hands of better trained people. 

His past senior executive roles included overall responsibilities for Finance and IT, highlighted by long range planning, implementing controls, financial reporting tools and business system improvements necessary to guide a business through a sale, and a period of doubled sales and profit growth.  He has been head of finance, and executive team member of a $120 million operation during business acquisitions and sales, and during family owned, public and private equity ownership of his divisions.  David also held a senior advisory role with a foreign buyer of a U.S. company successfully integrating the U.S. operation into their business and financial systems.

He holds a BBA Accounting degree from Kent State University and began his professional career as a CPA in a large regional firm, focused primarily on privately held companies in manufacturing, retail, financial services and construction industries.  He is a licensed CPA in the State of Colorado.  His lengthy industry experience is centered in niche manufacturing and distribution companies.

David has held positions on local community and education boards, and served on the Board of Trustees for a Cleveland Clinic System hospital in Lakewood Ohio.  He is a United States Army Veteran.
