Evan Unger has over 20 years experience driving organizational change initiatives both as an executive in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries and as an external consultant.

Evan served in several key leadership positions for Merck, a global pharmaceutical manufacturer then served as Vice President of Leadership, Change & Development for Centura Health. He has been consulting with organizations since 1998. Evan’s expertise includes culture transformation, change strategy implementation, leadership development, team development and process facilitation.


Evan received his BS in Psychology and Economics from Duke University and MBA from the University of Michigan.

His client engagements have included American Automobile Association, Catholic Health Initiatives, Covad Communications, Dow Chemical, ING, Merck, Merrill Lynch, Ministry of Education for the Country of Brunei, Pinnacol Assurance, Shell, Prudential UK, Royal & SunAlliance, US Department of Education, US Fish & Wildlife Service, the US Navy and many others.
