Cathy has been involved in the accounting and finance community in Denver since 1985. She began her career in Denver with an international accounting firm where she served as an audit manager. From 1993 to 2006 she held various positions including Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President of Internal Audit, Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for both publically-traded and private companies in the oil and gas, business services and human capital industries. Since 2006 she has provided consulting services to companies in the oil and gas industry. Cathy has a BSBA in accounting from the University of Montana. She is a licensed CPA in Colorado and is a member of the AICPA, the Colorado Society of CPAs, FEI and the Council of Petroleum Accountants Society (COPAS).
