James D. Grenfell is a senior finance executive with domestic and international experience. Jim has been CFO for three hi-tech, communications companies ranging in size from under $5.0 million to over $500 million. At these companies, he worked with other senior leaders to grow profitable revenue and capture market share. Prior to his experience as a CFO, Mr. Grenfell ran BellSouth Corporation’s Capital Markets and Corporate Finance functions. This included unregulated and international operations.

Jim has a proven record of success, high ethics and integrity in both entrepreneurial and large company environments. He possesses in-depth expertise in all finance and accounting areas coupled with strong Wall Street relationships. During his career, Jim has lead financings for investment grade and non-investment grade companies, raising over $10 billion of capital, ranging from public offerings to negotiated bank deals. Mr. Grenfell has extensive experience with Mergers and Acquisitions, having been involved in over ten deals totaling over $1.0 billion. This experience includes deal valuation, negotiations and post merger integration. Jim is a team builder and player with excellent business savvy.

Currently, Jim is involved with several non-profit organizations including the Boy Scouts, Volunteers of America and Urban Peak.
